What we collect
Chief Complaint collects the minimum data required to operate:
- Account information (name and email) via Apple or Google Sign-In
- Complaint text and photos you create within the app
- Push notification tokens for delivering notifications to your device
- Basic usage data (e.g., timestamps of actions)
How we store it
Your data is stored on Supabase, a cloud-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Push notifications
Push notifications are delivered via Expo's push notification service. Your device token is stored solely for this purpose. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We do not serve ads.
- We do not share your complaints with anyone outside your log.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
